Biggest Black Lives Matter Facebook Page Is Fake -- Report

By Rick Pearcey • April 10, 2018, 10:49 AM

Simon Kent reports at Breitbart:

An Australian trade union organizer has been suspended amid claims he ran a fake Black Lives Matter Facebook page that siphoned off hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations.

The page garnered almost 700,000 followers -- dwarfing the Black Lives Matter movement's official page -- before it was suspended by Facebook.

It is alleged some of the bank accounts where the money was transferred were in Australia and it was unclear how much was provided to genuine causes -- if at all.

The scam site is claimed to have collected money through online fundraisers and solicited more than $US100,000 in donations, according to a CNN report..

"Ian MacKay, the official in question, worked at the hard left National Union of Workers and has dozens of websites related to black rights registered under his name, including blackpowerfist.com," according to Breitbart.

"Mr. Mackay did not respond to questions from CNN but said, 'My domain name buying and selling is a personal hobby'," Kent reports.

Real Lies, Fake Racism: Black Cadet Admits Writing Racial Slurs at Air Force Academy Prep School

By Rick Pearcey • November 8, 2017, 01:19 PM

Jessica Chasmar reports at the Washington Times:

A racist incident at the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School that triggered a viral speech by the superintendent telling bigoted cadets to "get out" has been deemed a hoax.

In September, racial slurs were found written on the dormitory message boards of five black cadet candidates at the prep school in Colorado Springs, sparking an investigation. The incident prompted a fiery speech by the school's superintendent, Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria, who said cadets who can't treat others with respect should leave.

The school said Tuesday that one of the five cadet candidates has since admitted to writing the slurs himself. . . .

So, there was no racist incident.

A lot of noise, a lot lies, but no racist incident.

A lot of chest-beating, a lot of division, but no racist incident.

A lot of media coverage, a lot of finger-pointing, but no racist incident.

But I will say this:

Any person of any color who thinks the color of his skin releases him from telling the truth in regard to any matter, including race relations, that person at that point is a racist.

Now go out there and be a human. That'd be a real alternative to the BLMKKK.

Welcome to College, Comrade: Now Confront Racism and Privilege

By Rick Pearcey • August 22, 2017, 01:35 PM

Nathan Rubbelke reports at The College Fix:

Before the fall semester even kicked off at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, incoming freshmen were asked to ponder race and privilege -- and what they could do about it.

On Friday, the public university's freshmen orientation included a program called "First Class" that focused on the school's common reading program selection "Between the World and Me" by Ta-Nehisi Coates.

Right-leaning scholars have described the book as positing that "America is not a nice place for black people to live," and say it presents a "belief that white hatred of blacks pervades every aspect of American society, and nothing short of a revolution will end it. . . ."

Utter nonsense, of course. But it bespeaks an efficient training ground for leftwing fanatics and their shock troops to follow their leaders into a brave new Soros-funded, federally mandated future.

This anti-educational approach has already worked wonders in revolutionary Germany, the revolutionary USSR, and revolutionary Cambodia, so why shouldn't it work wonders here as well, in the increasingly less free USA?

Things are off to a good start. Already mobilized is the racism of Black Lives Matter and the fascism of Antifa. Yes, the "nothing short of a revolution" is well on its way -- but this means more fanatics will be needed to man the barricades, woman the social media outposts, and transgender the campus guillotines.

This is where little Johnnie and little Susie can grow up and help "change" the world. Isn't culturally appropriating America's children into ideological indoctrination centers otherwise advertised as colleges and universities a hoot? And what an amazing privilege!

The Real Race War: Not the Fake One Against "White Supremacy"

By Rick Pearcey • August 16, 2017, 11:30 AM

David Horowitz writes at Frontpagemag.com:

What "Unite the Right" actually demonstrated [in Charlottesville] was that the assortment of neo-Nazis, pro-Confederates and assorted yahoos gathered under the banner of the "Alt-Right" is actually a negligible group. This was a national show of strength that actually attracted all of 500 people. Compare that to the tens of the thousands who can readily be marshalled by two violent groups of the left -- Black Lives Matter and Antifa -- and you get an idea of how marginal "white supremacists" are to America's political and cultural life.

Yet "white supremacy" and its evils became the centerpiece of all the fake news reporting on the event, including all the ludicrous attacks on the president for not condemning enough a bogeyman the whole nation condemns, and that no one but a risible fringe supports. Talk about virtue signaling! Omitted from the media coverage were the other forces at work in precipitating the battle of Emancipation Park, specifically Black Lives Matter and Antifa, two violent leftwing groups with racial agendas who came to squelch the demonstration in defense of the monument.

"Unlike the Unite the Right demonstrators, the leftist groups did not apply for permits, which would have been denied since there was another demonstration scheduled for that park on that day," Horowitz continues.

"But why should they have applied for a permit, since the havoc they had previously wreaked in Ferguson, Berkeley, Sacramento, Portland and other cities, was accomplished without permits, while their criminality was presented by the media as 'protests,' and their rioting went completely unpunished"? Horowitz asks.

"What is taking place in the media accounts and political commentaries on this event is an effort by the left to turn the mayhem in Charlottesville into a template for their war against a mythical enemy -- 'white supremacy' -- which is really a war on white people generally," Horowitz explains.

"The ideology that drives the left and divides our country is 'identity politics' -- the idea that the world consists of two groups -- 'people of color' who are guiltless and oppressed, and white people who are guilty and oppressors. This is the real race war," Horowitz writes.

Horowitz concludes: "Its noxious themes inform the mindless, hysterical hatred for President Trump, and the equally mindless support for racist mobs like Black Lives Matter and Antifa. It is a war from which no good can come. But it won't be stopped unless enough people have the courage to stand up and name it for what it is."

"Black Lives Matter" Movement to Be Awarded Peace Prize

By Rick Pearcey • May 24, 2017, 11:27 AM

Edmund Kozak reports at Lifezette:

The Black Lives Matter movement will receive the Sydney Peace Prize, an award given by the Sydney Peace Foundation --  part of the University of Sydney -- and be honored at an event in the city in November, the foundation announced this week.

Black Lives Matter was chosen for allegedly "building a powerful movement for racial equality, courageously reigniting a global conversation around state violence and racism. And for harnessing the potential of new platforms and power of people to inspire a bold movement for change at a time when peace is threatened by growing inequality and injustice," the foundation's website states.

"Defenders of law enforcement against the often-violent, racially charged and hateful rhetoric of the Black Lives Matter movement, which often openly advocates for violence against police, expressed disapproval," Lifezette states.

"Giving a peace prize to a group that foments violent demonstrations would be enough to give irony a bad name," observed Georgetown law professor William Otis, according to Lifezette.

How Media Cover Up Muslim and Black Lives Matter Terrorism

By Rick Pearcey • July 19, 2016, 09:53 AM

In an amazing series of coincidences, "every Muslim and #Black Lives Matter terrorist is just a 'troubled loner'," notes Frontpagemag.com.

For a media that support "black nationalism and Islam . . . . It doesn’t matter that the killers were very clear about their motives," Daniel Greenfield writes. "What matters is hiding the truth."

The Fanatics: "Clown Show" Black Lives Matter a Racist "Facts Don't Matter" Movement Built on Lies

By Rick Pearcey • July 12, 2016, 12:31 PM

John Perazzo writes at Frontpagemag.com:

The clown show known as Black Lives Matter is akin to a paranoid maniac who: (a) dreams that his spouse is having a torrid, illicit affair; (b) then berates and beats his spouse upon waking up; and (c) finally, when reminded that it was all just a dream, becomes even more enraged at the betrayal he supposedly suffered while he slept.

There's really no point to continuing the charade of calling Black Lives Matter by the phony name it has exploited since its inception.

If black lives truly mattered to the know-nothings who comprise this movement, they would have something -- anything -- to say about the fact that approximately 5,500 of the 6,095 black victims of homicide in 2014 were killed not by white devils, not by satanic ghouls in blue uniforms, but by other blacks.

Instead, all they give us is a silent, collective yawn punctuated with a raised middle finger. So from this point forward, Black Lives Matter will be called by its correct name, "Facts Don't Matter."

"The mouthpieces of Facts Don't Matter say their mission is to demand 'an immediate end' to 'the murder of Black people' by the hordes of racists who purportedly comprise our nation's police forces," Perazzo continues.  "They tell us that African Americans are a hunted and endangered species, mowed down by blue-uniformed white sadists who are animated by bloodlust, bigotry, and dreams of genocide."

But Perazzo notes a slight problem.

"It turns out that of all the people who have been killed by police in the United States in recent years, about 42% were white, 20% were Hispanic, and 32% were black -- even as blacks committed nearly 39% of the types of serious crimes most likely to result in a violent confrontation with police," Perazzo explains.

These facts represent present history. "Last year was typical," Perazzo writes: "494 whites and 258 blacks were killed by police. And what do the race-obsessed demagogues at Facts Don't Matter have to say about this? Nothing. Facts Don't Matter."

So much, according to Perazzo, for the fable about supposed "systematic racism" in police departments across Amercica.

"The plain truth is that if you search for evidence of systemic racism in police shootings, you won't find it anywhere outside the imaginations of the Facts Don't Matter racists and the imbeciles who support them," Perazzo writes.

"The premise underlying Facts Don't Matter's mission is a lie, founded on a fantasy, stapled to a hallucination, wrapped inside a fairy tale, strapped to the wing of a unicorn."

Speaking of lesser lights who support the "Facts Don't Matter" fanatics, "if Barack Obama were something other than a racist Marxist revolutionary, he would state clearly and unequivocally that the Facts Don't Matter movement is nothing more than a horde of know-nothing degenerates who should be ostracized as the moral equivalents of cross-burning Klansmen," Perazzo writes.

"But that's a bit much to expect from a man who has made yet another prominent racist, Al Sharpton, his leading adviser on matters of race," Perazzo continues.

"So instead, Obama doffs his hat to the Facts Don't Matter clowns, and treats them like dignitaries. Leaders of Facts Don't Matter have visited the Obama White House many times since 2013, meeting with not only the President, but also with the First Lady and a number of high-level administration officials."

Perazzo concludes: "This is the pathetic condition to which the our nation has sunk under Barack Obama: The President of the United States openly and unequivocally supports a racist terror group that is committed to the slaughter of police officers and the breakdown of law-and-order -- and, by logical extension, to a steep and swift rise in death-by-homicide rates among civilians in dozens of cities across the country. And he's done it all in the name of 'racial justice.' People don't get any uglier -- or dumber -- than this."

Black Lives Matter Leader Charged With Sex Trafficking Also an Alleged Charity "Scammer"

By Rick Pearcey • June 2, 2016, 08:40 AM

Chuck Ross reports at the Daily Caller:

In addition to being an accused child sex trafficker, Black Lives Matter activist Charles Wade is a financial "scammer," says a lawyer for a St. Louis real estate developer who lost more than $10,000 after Wade skipped town last year without paying rent.

By some estimates, Wade, a former stylist for Beyonce Knowles' sister Solange, took in hundreds of thousands of dollars in online donations for a group called Operation Help or Hush (OHOH) that he co-founded in the wake of the Aug. 9, 2014, police shooting of Michael Brown. The group's stated mission was to provide temporary housing for protesters in the St. Louis area.

"Wade, 33, drew national attention earlier this month after The Daily Caller reported that he was arrested on April 25 on sex trafficking charges," Ross reports. "Police in College Park, Md. say that Wade pimped out a 17-year-old girl using the website backpage.com. She told police that she gave Wade all of the money she was paid to have sex and that Wade knew she was only 17."

Ben Shapiro: Notes From a Neo-Nazi, Neo-KKK Cuckservative

By Rick Pearcey • June 1, 2016, 09:38 AM

Shapiro writes at Conservative Review:

Last week, California State University, Los Angeles held a "healing space" event to provide a safe forum for students and professors to unleash their feelings about my campus speech in February, sponsored by the Young America's Foundation. That speech, you may recall, was originally canceled by university President William Covino.

After I decided to go to the campus anyway, hundreds of screaming students blocked doorways, assaulted prospective speechgoers and pulled the fire alarm mid-speech. Professors egged on the protesters; one even threatened student organizers. I was forced to enter through a back door and exit surrounded by a full phalanx of armed and uniformed officers, thanks to the near-riotous conditions outside. . . .

"The campus left, enthused by Sen. Bernie Sanders and sought by Hillary Clinton, calls anyone who disagrees a 'neo-KKK member'," Shapiro explains.

"The KKK, meanwhile, calls anyone who won't support Donald Trump a 'cuck.' This is what happens when basic American principles are no longer taught; this is what happens when grievance politics replace the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.

"Speaking in favor of free speech makes you a pariah for those who would control speech in order to build their utopia.

"So, what about those of us who despise both the KKK and the Black Lives Matter movement?" Shapiro asks. "What about those of us who think that white nationalism is despicable, and that the censorious brutality of the 'diversity' clique is gross?

"We've got a long road ahead of us," Shapiro concludes. "We'll have to teach a new generation, from scratch, that freedom and liberty still matter, regardless of race. We'll have to attempt to restore the notion of a social fabric, rather than the tribalism that now dominates the conversation. We'll have to stand tall against authoritarianism from both sides."

Video: Bill O'Reilly Likens Black Lives Matter to Nazi Party

By Rick Pearcey • October 23, 2015, 11:58 AM

Cheryl Chumley reports at WND:

Bill O'Reilly, Fox News star of the highly rated "O'Reilly Factor," engaged in a heated debate with a couple of panelists over Black Lives Matter, its embrace of violence against police and the Democratic Party's support of the movement, ultimately posing the blunt question: How would you feel if Republicans brought out Nazi members to speak about political issues?

He opened with commentary about the Black Lives Matter movement "not all that different than the Black Panther movement" in that they "both believe police actively target blacks for oppression."

O'Reilly then said "Black Lives Matter movement [is] causing trouble all over the country," and cut to video segments of some of the members' recent protests, including one where they marched down a street chanting, "pigs in a blanket" and another one where they called for "dead cops."

Black Lives Matter Supporter Murders KY Cop -- a Former Navy SEAL Who Babysat Black Man's Children

By Rick Pearcey • September 15, 2015, 09:58 AM

Matthew Vadum writes at Frontpagemag.com:

A Black Lives Matter supporter [named Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks] was killed by police yesterday after he shot a rookie Kentucky State Trooper to death following a high speed chase.

This murder is the latest in a series of cop-killings nationwide committed by aggrieved African-Americans who falsely claim blacks are perennial victims of racial discrimination at the hands of law enforcement.

The virulently racist Black Lives Movement, which formed after the death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida, in 2012, has been promoted by President Obama who has gone out of his way to foment race-based resentment and cop-hatred.

The movement's members, who idolize convicted, unrepentant cop-killers Assata Shakur and Mumia Abu Jamal, have declared "war" on law enforcement and openly call for police officers to be assassinated.

Murdered trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder had "joined the state police force earlier this year after graduating from a police academy" and "was a U.S. Navy veteran and a former SEAL," Vadum writes.

Ponder "was offered a track scholarship to Western Kentucky University but turned it down to serve his country. He was also a track star in high school who stayed in touch [with] his track coach, James Webb, and babysat his children, WHAS-TV in Louisville reports," Vadum continues.

"Webb, a black man, said 'I care about all my athletes, it was just a special relationship from the times he was in Hawaii and stationed everywhere, he always kept me abreast on what's going on'," Vadum writes.

In sharp contrast, "Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks will be remembered for what he was: a cop-killing hood who seized an opportunity to strike a blow for an evil, racist, anti-American cause," Vadum concludes.

Exposing Black Lives Matter Movement for What It Is: Promotion of Cop Killing

By Rick Pearcey • September 2, 2015, 11:18 AM

Katie Pavlich writes at Townhall:

It's time to expose the Black Lives Matter [BLM] movement for what it is: a racist, violent hate group that promotes the execution of police officers.

The evidence is in their rhetoric and written on their shirts.

If you're against racism and murder, and in favor of a humane, free, and civil society, then fanatical groups like Black Lives Matter must renounce racism and cop-kiling -- or be shut down for fomenting violence.

Fortunatey, "two-thirds of the African American community flat-out reject BLM or strongly disagree with the movement's tactics," Pavlich writes.

Shame on rogue White House occupier Barack Obama for meeting with this group and shame on Barack Obama's Democrat Party for "affirming 'Black Lives Matter'."

Did Black Lives Matter Organizer Shaun King Mislead Oprah by Pretending to Be Biracial?

By Rick Pearcey • August 19, 2015, 10:03 AM

Milo Yiannopoulos reports at Breitbart.com:

An investigative blogger has accused Shaun King, a key figure in the Black Lives Matter movement, of misleading media icon Oprah Winfrey by pretending to be biracial in order to qualify for an "Oprah scholarship" to historically black Morehouse College. The blogger says King is white and has been lying about his ethnicity for years. . . .

[I]n recent weeks, rumours have been circulating about his ethnicity. A 1995 police incident report lists Shaun King’s ethnicity as white. And blogger Vicki Pate, who has been assembling forensic accounts of Shaun King’s background and family tree on her blog, "Re-NewsIt!," has published her findings.

Pate "told Breitbart last night that King has never denied her accusations," Yiannopoulos reports.

"Shaun King has not denied the story to me, or anyone else, as far as I know," Pate is quoted as telling Breitbart.com. "Whenever it is mentioned on Twitter, he simply blocks whoever is asking and reports them for 'harassment.' He did reply to one person but only to say, 'Haters gonna hate.' I myself have been suspended from Twitter just for posing the question," Pate says, according to Breitbart.com.

"King did not return mutiple requests for comment via email and social media. He has since blocked us, too," Breitbart.com reports.

"Full House" Star Defends Christian Bakers: "I Don't Think This Is Discrimination"

By Rick Pearcey • July 9, 2015, 10:33 AM

Samantha Reinis reports at The Daily Signal:

The talk show The View pitted two childhood stars against each other to discuss the controversial issue of Christian bakers receiving a $135,000 fine for refusing to bake a lesbian wedding cake. Candace Cameron Bure of Full House and Raven-Symoné of That’s So Raven went head to head discussing the hot topic issue, coming down on different sides of the argument.

While Raven-Symoné began the conversation by comparing the issue to the civil rights movement of the 1960s, Bure quickly stopped her, claiming that was comparing apples and oranges. "I don’t think this is discrimination at all. This is about freedom of association," Bure said, speaking about Aaron and Melissa Klein, who received the fine after they declined to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple.

"It’s about constitutional rights. It’s about First Amendment rights. We do have the right to still choose who we associate with," Burr stated, according Reinis. "It’s in the Constitution."

Comment: As I have argued elsewhere, "In a free country, a business would be able to sell and cater to whomever it desires -- and to reject service or products to whomever it or whatever it desires.

"Here's an example: I despise racism but would acknowledge that a black racist is within his human rights to choose to refuse to bake cakes for Caucasians (when living on Capitol Hill in DC, I was once told certain events were for Black folks only). I would take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so -- as an ethical repudiation of his or her poor ethical choice.

"The state denial of ontological human givens (to choose, to express one's creativity via one's property) creates a bigger problem than that of specific acts of bigotry. Using the opportunity of a moral failing (bigotry) to liquidate ontological givens (human choice in the area of property) creates massive structural oppression.

"This oppression is compounded and metastasized when state power is used to impose that mistake on all people and all property. It ends with gulags and gas chambers, not just for some, but in principle for everyone.

"By denying the bakers their human free speech rights, what Oregon is now doing is attacking humanity per se, not bigotry (which it also ill-defines and then misapplies).

"No matter how pervasive the PR or how many votes might agree, or court decisions might support, state-sponsored attacks on human foundations signal collapse, not liberation.

"If you want to empower a relativistic dictatorial elite to run your lives, this is the way to go. Freedom and intelligence resists."

Update: But is it "discrimination"? No. Do you think money counterfeiters would get far by shrieking, "Discrimination!"? Well, neither should the marriage counterfeiters get far shrieking, "Discrimination!" Their crusade isn't about love of marriage, but about the end of it. More here.

Civil Rights Icon: "Problems We Face Don't Have Anything to Do With" Confederate Flag

By Rick Pearcey • July 1, 2015, 07:04 AM

Jason Howerton reports at The Blaze:

Civil rights icon and former Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young is imploring the black community to focus on addressing actual racism and the problems negatively impacting blacks rather than the Confederate flag, which is a merely a "symbol that means a lot of things to a lot of people."

"The problems we face don’t have anything to do with the flag," Young said in an interview with WAGA-TV in Atlanta. "The fact is that 93 percent of the black people killed are killed by other black people. So if black lives matter, let us start believing that we matter."

"Young, who marched with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., said the 'challenge' facing the country is "not to wipe out our past history but to learn to live together in the future," The Blaze reports.

Hypocrisy & Hate: Smug Attacks on the Confederate Flag

By Rick Pearcey • June 24, 2015, 07:05 AM

George Neumayer writes at American Spectator:

The hate on display in the controversy is coming not from the flag's defenders but from a smug liberal elite that can’t rest until every inch of America conforms to their liberal prejudices. . . .

Only the liberal elite could be smug enough to think America is moving from a culture of "hate" to a culture of love under its dictates.

Instead, it is moving toward a new culture of hate, one that is marked not by balanced moral judgments but by fanatical fiats.

"'We are on the right side of history,' its champions claim, but future generations will likely find such deluded moral boasting as far less honorable than the Civil War valor the Left seeks to erase," Neumayer concludes.

The Profound Racism of "Black Lives Matter"

By Rick Pearcey • June 2, 2015, 08:18 AM

John Perazzo writes at Frontpagemag.com:

"Black Lives Matter." At first blush, it seems difficult to imagine anyone taking issue with the obvious, self-evident truth articulated by those three simple words.

But when we peel away the veneer of deception, we find that Black Lives Matter (BLM) is in fact one of the most destructive, hateful, racist movements in living memory.

Founded by a core group of revolutionaries who detest the United States and revere the nation’s most devoted radical enemies, BLM is, at its essence, an ideological reincarnation of the Black Panther movement that flourished in the Sixties.

Welcome to the U.S.S.A.

By Rick Pearcey • November 24, 2009, 10:11 AM

Cal Thomas writes:

Great horrors don't begin in gas chambers, killing fields, or forced famines. They begin when there is a philosophical shift in a nation's leadership about the value of human life. Novelist Walker Percy examined the underlying philosophy that led to the Holocaust and wrote: "In a word, certain consequences, perhaps unforeseen, follow upon the acceptance of the principle of the destruction of human life for what may appear to be the most admirable social reasons."

In our day, the consequences of government seizure of one-sixth of our economy and government's ability to decide how we run our lives (it won't stop with health care) are foreseen. They are just being ignored in our continued pursuit of personal peace, affluence and political power.

Opinion polls show a majority of Americans reject this health care "reform" bill. They think haste may waste them in the end. It doesn't matter. Like members of a cult, whatever the leader says, goes. The facts be damned. The crowd from the '60s will "seize the time," in the words of Black Panther radical Bobby Seale, thus sealing our doom as a unique and wonderful nation.

Welcome to the U.S.S.A., the United Socialist States of America.

Two comments:

1) This column deserves a broad readership. It would be super if Rush, Hannity, Levin, Laura, and others were to feature it and comment upon it on their radio shows. If you agree, contact them via Facebook, Twitter, etc., etc.

2) The day is late, but not over. And the battle for freedom is far from over. We can push back against the U.S.S.A. There is no reason a nation of intelligent, creative, and noble Americans created in the image of God has to sit by and watch barbarians impose tyranny upon this "sweet land of liberty." It's all in the Declaration of Independence, folks. Read it, pray it, act it.
