Abusive Fanatics: Drunk Men Use Trans Law to Invade Women's Bathroom

By Rick Pearcey • July 29, 2016, 10:35 AM

Lianne Laurence reports at LifeSiteNews:

An Alberta tavern has come under fire for banning men — whether or not they are presenting or transitioning into "women" — from using the women's bathroom.

But Medicine Hat's Corona Tavern says it did so because drunken men claiming to be transgendered have been entering the women's bathroom since Rachel Notley's NDP government passed its "trans rights" Bill 7.

"This has caused some young female patrons to feel unsafe and threatened," the bar's management said in a Tuesday press release.

American Flag Avoiding Hillary?

By Rick Pearcey • July 27, 2016, 07:52 AM

Husband Billy showed up, trying "his best to humanize" her.

Also in view at the DNC was the Communist flag of North Korea (for the little people, and their loving dictatorial masters).

And yet the bold red, white, and blue of Old Glory has been hard to spot. Phil Shiver of CR is on the case.

Defeating Planned Parenthood: Texas Dismisses Felony Charges Against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt

By Rick Pearcey • July 26, 2016, 02:37 PM

Ben Johnson reports at LifeSiteNews:

All charges have been dismissed against Center for Medical Progress [CMP] investigators David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, multiple sources have confirmed to LifeSiteNews.

Prosecutors with the Harris County District Attorney's office dropped the charges before the pair could pursue their legal motion to quash the charges at a hearing at 9 a.m. Central time, according to the Houston Chronicle.

This morning, CMP project lead David Daleiden called the dismissal of the charges "a resounding vindication of the First Amendment rights of all citizen journalists, and also a clear warning to any of Planned Parenthood's political cronies who would attack whistleblowers to protect Planned Parenthood from scrutiny."

Ivanka Trump Fashion Line Made in China, Vietnam

By Rick Pearcey • July 25, 2016, 10:12 AM

A big hit at the Republican National Convention last week, Ivanka Trump touted her father as someone who fights "for his employees."

Some admirers may be surprised "to learn that the vast majority" Ivanka Trump's "clothes are not manufactured in U.S., but in China and Vietnam, two countries under the spotlight for human rights abuses and poor labour conditions," Andrew Buncombe reports at the UK Independent. "Some of the items are labelled simply as 'imported'."

"Make America Great Again?" Homosex PayPal Founder's RNC Speech Further Muddies Waters on Trump's Agenda

By Rick Pearcey • July 22, 2016, 12:29 PM

Lisa Bourne writes at LifeSiteNews:

Trump's mixed message on social issues was further augmented by the choice to feature [homosexual PayPal founder Peter] Thiel because of PayPal's record of support for Planned Parenthood and homosexual activism.

PayPal has spent years on Life Decisions International’s Planned Parenthood Boycott list, landing there as recently as 2015

The global payment company bowed several years ago to homosexual activist pressure to deny service to a Christian ministry and a Christian blogger because of their so-called "hate" and "extremism."

PayPal's more recent fiscal move against the state of North Carolina for enacting legislation supporting its residents’ privacy and security was a blow to both religious freedom and jobs in the area.

"PayPal pulled out of plans to open a global operations center in Charlotte in response to Gov. Pat McCrory having signed H.B. 2 into law, overturning the Charlotte City ordinance forcing businesses to give biological males access to female restrooms and showers. PayPal's move cost the area 400 jobs," Bourne writes.

Comment: If Donald Trump wants to "make America great again," he will need to reject any form of extremism that despises the building blocks of human freedom and dignity, as expressed politically and governmentally, for example, in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.

Despite its politically correct public relations, the homosexualist LGBTQ agenda is a prime example of such extremism, for it 1) despises the verifiable Judeo-Christian worldview that undergirds the U.S. founding, 2) despises an open, honest, fair, and fact-based analysis of its extremist viewpoint, and 3) is trying to replace the only known adequate basis for human freedom and dignity with a relativistic will-to-power agenda that has far too much in common with the brutal and bloody fascisms and socialisms of the 20th century than with any basis that could possible "make America great again."

Both intellectually and in practice, this homosexualist extremism bespeaks an agenda that is fanatical, imperious, and dangerous. Its pride is precisely the kind of pride that "goes before destruction."

Intelligence, freedom of thought, a respect for the facts of life, the affirmation of human freedom and dignity -- in a verifiable life in community with God and man, as opposed to the fear-of-facts anti-community required by homosexualist fanaticism -- this is the humane and mainstream position of the American experiment in political and human exceptionalism.

If Trump wants change that is positive and humane, this is the way to go. To share in the extremist LGBTQ agenda is to internalize the seeds of your own destruction.

This is true of individuals and of nations. But for the free-thinking person and for a liberty-minded nation, this need not be so and indeed cannot be so.

It is impossible to "make America great again" while rejecting the principles that made America great in the first place.

Surely, Donald Trump knows skyscrapers need strong foundations if they are to last, and that a mixture of shoddy work with exemplary work is a recipe for disaster -- no matter how good the PR or how shiny the press releases. May he apply that lesson to the challenge of making America great again.

Video: Defiant Ted Cruz Stands by Refusal to Endorse Trump

By Rick Pearcey • July 21, 2016, 11:15 AM

CNN reports:

Ted Cruz on Thursday strongly defended his refusal to endorse Donald Trump during his Republican National Convention speech, saying he's not "in the habit" of backing politicians who attack his family.

"I am not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and attack my father," Cruz said at a morning meeting where he faced sharp questions from the Texas delegation in Cleveland.

Study: Children of Homosex "Parents" Twice as Likely to Be Depressed

By Rick Pearcey • July 20, 2016, 10:40 AM

Emily Blatter reports at CNSNews.com:

A recent study by Donald Paul Sullins, a research professor at the Catholic University of America, Department of Sociology, reveals that children raised by same-sex parents are twice as likely to suffer delayed-onset depression as their peers raised by heterosexual parents.

Specifically, "[a]t age 28, the adults raised by same-sex parents were at over twice the risk of depression as persons raised by man-woman parents," reads the study abstract.

"As the first study to examine children raised by same-sex parents into adulthood," says Sullins, "this exploratory study aims to contribute new information for understanding the effects of same-sex parenting through the life course transition into early adulthood."

"The research article is entitled, Invisible Victims: Delayed Onset Depression Among Adults With Same-Sex Parents, and was published in the journal Depression Research and Treatment," Blatter reports.

"Well-intentioned concern for revealing negative information about a stigmatized minority does not justify leaving children without support in an environment that may be problematic or dangerous for their dignity and security," the study concludes, according to Blatter.

How Media Cover Up Muslim and Black Lives Matter Terrorism

By Rick Pearcey • July 19, 2016, 09:53 AM

In an amazing series of coincidences, "every Muslim and #Black Lives Matter terrorist is just a 'troubled loner'," notes Frontpagemag.com.

For a media that support "black nationalism and Islam . . . . It doesn’t matter that the killers were very clear about their motives," Daniel Greenfield writes. "What matters is hiding the truth."

Where to Watch as GOP Convention Opens Today Amid Heightened Tension About Security

By Rick Pearcey • July 18, 2016, 10:12 AM

Rick Moran writes at American Thinker:

Republican officials are confident that the presence of thousands of police and federal agents in Cleveland, along with barriers and checkpoints to control traffic will be enough to make the GOP convention opening tonight as safe as can be expected.

The confab will convene amid heightened concerns over security as a result of the terrorist attack in Nice and the targeted assassination of three law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge. But it is hoped that the overwhelming show of force by law enforcement will make any troublemakers think twice about disrupting the proceedings.

Horrors! Britain's New Prime Minister Drives a Stake Through the Heart of the Green Vampire

By Rick Pearcey • July 14, 2016, 05:24 PM

James Delingpole shares the stunning good news at Breitbart:

Official: Britain no longer has "the greenest government ever."

Incoming Prime Minister Theresa May has driven a stake through the heart of her predecessor David Cameron’s fluffy, faux-Conservative project by scrapping the Department of Energy And Climate Change (DECC).

"This is good news," Delingpole concludes. "Very good news. The agonised screeching of all the usual suspects in the Environmental movement will be enough to sustain many of us in lols for weeks and months to come."

So now let us say: "Happy hunting" to all the Green Vampire Killers around the world. And for the noble work that awaits you, fangs you very much.

Man Who Wants to Marry Computer Files Lawsuit Against Kim Davis

By Rick Pearcey • July 13, 2016, 09:03 AM

"A federal lawsuit was filed earlier this month against Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis for denying a man a license to marry his laptop computer," Eric Scheiner reports at CNSNews.com.

In other words, extremist secular society alienated by its idolatry from the blessings of love, meaning, facts, and humanity is a lot like computer programming: Insanity in, insanity out.

The Fanatics: "Clown Show" Black Lives Matter a Racist "Facts Don't Matter" Movement Built on Lies

By Rick Pearcey • July 12, 2016, 12:31 PM

John Perazzo writes at Frontpagemag.com:

The clown show known as Black Lives Matter is akin to a paranoid maniac who: (a) dreams that his spouse is having a torrid, illicit affair; (b) then berates and beats his spouse upon waking up; and (c) finally, when reminded that it was all just a dream, becomes even more enraged at the betrayal he supposedly suffered while he slept.

There's really no point to continuing the charade of calling Black Lives Matter by the phony name it has exploited since its inception.

If black lives truly mattered to the know-nothings who comprise this movement, they would have something -- anything -- to say about the fact that approximately 5,500 of the 6,095 black victims of homicide in 2014 were killed not by white devils, not by satanic ghouls in blue uniforms, but by other blacks.

Instead, all they give us is a silent, collective yawn punctuated with a raised middle finger. So from this point forward, Black Lives Matter will be called by its correct name, "Facts Don't Matter."

"The mouthpieces of Facts Don't Matter say their mission is to demand 'an immediate end' to 'the murder of Black people' by the hordes of racists who purportedly comprise our nation's police forces," Perazzo continues.  "They tell us that African Americans are a hunted and endangered species, mowed down by blue-uniformed white sadists who are animated by bloodlust, bigotry, and dreams of genocide."

But Perazzo notes a slight problem.

"It turns out that of all the people who have been killed by police in the United States in recent years, about 42% were white, 20% were Hispanic, and 32% were black -- even as blacks committed nearly 39% of the types of serious crimes most likely to result in a violent confrontation with police," Perazzo explains.

These facts represent present history. "Last year was typical," Perazzo writes: "494 whites and 258 blacks were killed by police. And what do the race-obsessed demagogues at Facts Don't Matter have to say about this? Nothing. Facts Don't Matter."

So much, according to Perazzo, for the fable about supposed "systematic racism" in police departments across Amercica.

"The plain truth is that if you search for evidence of systemic racism in police shootings, you won't find it anywhere outside the imaginations of the Facts Don't Matter racists and the imbeciles who support them," Perazzo writes.

"The premise underlying Facts Don't Matter's mission is a lie, founded on a fantasy, stapled to a hallucination, wrapped inside a fairy tale, strapped to the wing of a unicorn."

Speaking of lesser lights who support the "Facts Don't Matter" fanatics, "if Barack Obama were something other than a racist Marxist revolutionary, he would state clearly and unequivocally that the Facts Don't Matter movement is nothing more than a horde of know-nothing degenerates who should be ostracized as the moral equivalents of cross-burning Klansmen," Perazzo writes.

"But that's a bit much to expect from a man who has made yet another prominent racist, Al Sharpton, his leading adviser on matters of race," Perazzo continues.

"So instead, Obama doffs his hat to the Facts Don't Matter clowns, and treats them like dignitaries. Leaders of Facts Don't Matter have visited the Obama White House many times since 2013, meeting with not only the President, but also with the First Lady and a number of high-level administration officials."

Perazzo concludes: "This is the pathetic condition to which the our nation has sunk under Barack Obama: The President of the United States openly and unequivocally supports a racist terror group that is committed to the slaughter of police officers and the breakdown of law-and-order -- and, by logical extension, to a steep and swift rise in death-by-homicide rates among civilians in dozens of cities across the country. And he's done it all in the name of 'racial justice.' People don't get any uglier -- or dumber -- than this."

Justice Dept Prosecuted 4 Cases Like Hillary Clinton's

By Rick Pearcey • July 7, 2016, 09:04 AM

Garth Kant writes at WND:

U.S. House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., spoke for many when he said, "What bothers me about this is the Clintons really are living above the law. They’re being held by a different set of standards."

The decision by FBI Director James Comey not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information has left even former federal prosecutors wondering if there are two sets of laws: one her and one for everyone else.

"The evidence suggests that may be the case," Kant concludes, citing the prosecutions of former CIA Director John M. Deutsch (appointed by Bill Clinton, 1995), Sandy Berger (former national security advisor under Bill Clinton, former policy advisor to Hillary Clinton), Bryan Nishimura (Navy reservist), and Kristian Saucier (Navy, could see 10 years in jail).

"The System Is Rigged": Trump Responds to FBI Decision Not to Criminally Charge Hillary Rodham Clinton

By Rick Pearcey • July 5, 2016, 01:16 PM

Leah Barkoukis writes:

Despite finding that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was "extremely careless" in her use of a private server, that top secret information was stored, sent, and received on it, and that hostile foreign actors probably gained access to her emails, FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday morning that the agency does not believe criminal charges are appropriate in this case.

Reacting to the news, presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump reminded his Twitter followers that the "system is rigged," pointing out that Gen. David Petraeus was punished for far less.

In another Tweet this morning, Trump said, "FBI Director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow!"

Update: My View, From my Facebook page . . .

The corruption in DC is deep and wide. Anyone who thinks this corrupt system -- Obama, Hillary, the Democrats, the Republican elites, the slavlish, imperialistic, enslaving bureaucrats -- that despises the rule of law and the roots of human freedom is anything but an unmitigated disaster is in for a rude series of cataclysmic awakenings.

There is hope. There is salt and light to be applied and to guide. We are witnessing how lawlessly entrenched are the rigged politics of sleaze in places high and low. Rooting it out to protect new generations from terror without and terror within is clearly the task at hand.

This catastrophe called the federal government is in free-fall. Fortunately, there is no reason on God's good earth that America and Americans need to fall with it.

The Spirit of 1776 lives. It lives not because it is "American" or happened in 1776. It lives because it is rooted in a verifiable vision expressing eternal principles that are publicly actionable in the here and now.

The Declaration of Independence states it pretty well -- this document despised by federal elites even as political mouthpieces are only to happy to co-opt its language for their insidious designs. It is the poison stealing the labelling of the cure.

The America that lives will turn away from the idolatry of the secular elites, the comforting religion of the freedom-haters, the fanatical "faith" of the totalitarians and their extremist corrupt privilege.

The Americans who live will turn to the reason for human dignity, to the rationale for wholistic freedom, to the verifiability of a Creator who acts into history, and to publicly actionable truth that liberates any who would grasp its hand, struggle to stand, and then walk proudly and humbly anew in a once-again great and powerful and compassionate land.

Spirit of 1776: List of Grievances Against 2016 GOP Establishment

By Rick Pearcey • July 4, 2016, 09:46 AM

Jeff Kuznicki writes at CR:

With zero intention of making light of the powerful rebuke that the Declaration of Independence was of government tyranny back in 1776, there may be a festering bill of particulars against the leadership of the Republican Party, and how their actions have quite possibly ensured decades of Leftist rule in America.
