ABC 15 Reporter: "I Just Witnessed a MIRACLE" -- Tim Tebow Says Prayer Over Fan Suffering a Seizure

By Rick Pearcey • October 12, 2016, 02:15 PM

David Hookstead writes at the Daily Caller:

New York Mets prospect and former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow reportedly saved a fan's life from a seizure Tuesday.

The unnamed fan had a seizure while the Heisman winner was signing autographs, but the seizure stopped after Tebow placed his hands on the fan and prayed, according to ABC15 reporter Kari Van Horn.

On her Twitter page, van Horn writes, "Tebow signing autographs. Fan has what looks like seizure. Not moving. Tebow puts hand on him and says a prayer. Man breathes. WOW."

Van Horn provides an embedded video and additional background in her report carried by the Associated Press:

One fan in the front row suddenly dropped, prompting others to yell for a medic. Tebow rushed to the side of the fan, who was convulsing and foaming at the mouth, while EMTs administered care. While waiting for the fire truck to arrive, the fan went limp. The crowd fell silent while waiting for the sirens. Tebow reached over, put his hand on the fan and said a quick prayer. Seconds later, the fan gasped for air and the EMTs were able to assess the situation.

Here is CNN video of the event.

Van Horn tweeted, "Heading back to the station but I have video of it all. I just witnessed a MIRACLE."

"This isn't the first time the University of Florida phenom has used prayers to save a life," the Daily Caller's Hookstead concludes. "He previously prayed for an ill man on a plane, and the man miraculously recovered."
