"Cruz Commander 2016": Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson All-in for Ted Cruz -- Video

By Rick Pearcey • January 14, 2016, 11:42 AM

"Donald Trump may be a reality star, but Ted Cruz has just won the endorsement of one of conservative America's best-loved reality stars -- Duck Commander Phil Robertson," WND reports.

"Robertson, who stars on Duck Dynasty, announced his endorsement Wednesday of Cruz for president," WND states.

"Ted Cruz is my man, I'm voting for him," Robertson says in the ad, available on Youtube.

And for anybody on the fence, know this: "He's the man for the job. And he will go duck huntin'," Robertson says.

By the way, speaking of endorsements, Phil Robertson also endorses Nancy's latest book, Finding Truth.

"Duck Dynasty" Phil Robertson to Receive Breitbart 1st Amendment Award at CPAC

By Rick Pearcey • February 17, 2015, 11:14 AM

Breitbart.com reports:

Conservative activist and reality TV star Phil Robertson will be the second recipient of the annual Citizens United "Andrew Breitbart Defender of the First Amendment Award" at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, Breitbart News Network CEO Larry Solov and Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon along with Citizens United President David N. Bossie announced today.

"I want to thank Citizens United and Breitbart for this award. When one does not have the freedom to speak out loud and anywhere what one believes, freedom is dead," Breitbart quotes Robertson as saying.

"As both Andrew’s business partner and lifelong friend, I can definitively say that he would have been thrilled to give this award, that bares his name, to Phil Robertson for his unflinching conviction in the face of an adversarial media," Solov said, according to Breitbart.

"In fact, I’m fairly certain Andrew would have grown a beard for the award presentation," Solov is quoted as saying.
