Freedom Question of the Day

What poses a greater threat to the American Dream of freedom and dignity under God -- predatory lending or predatory government?

I will say predatory government. At least with predatory lending you can nip it in the bud with legislation and education.

You can also counter predatory lenders by going to other lenders or creating your own nonpredatory lending company.

On the other hand, predatory government has the power to kill the innocent (legalized abortion), family (attempted normalization of homosexuality for marriage), and freedom (taxation, socialism, secularism, Washingtoncentrism).

On the other hand, a predatory government is no match for a truly free people -- under the living God of the Declaration -- willing to take life by the horns, take government by the tail, and return public servants to, well, public service.
