Horowitz: Beware Obama Derangement Syndrome

"I have been watching an interesting phenomenon on the Right, which is beginning to cause me concern," writes David Horowitz at Frontpage.

"I am referring to the over-the-top hysteria in response to the first months in office of our new president, which distinctly reminds me of the 'Bush Is Hitler' crowd on the Left."

Is Horowitz onto something? Naive? Your thoughts?

I wish! I am afraid that the liberal hysteria about Bush was against what he represented as a person, I honestly think that what Obama is DOING is more of a problem for rational thinkers.

No one on the right worries that Obama smokes, or dresses too casual, or leaves cheap gifts for visitng royalty, or is from Chicago, etc.

They are worried about his fast and vast socialist movement. On the other hand, I recall the left attacking Bush for his cowboy style, his beady eyes, his Texan speech, his swagger, etc...
