Who Stole "Controversial" Mojave Desert Cross?

"Thieves have stolen a cross in the Mojave Desert that honored American war dead, less than two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court allowed the religious symbol to remain on federal land," reports AP.
The culprits are probably members of the Tea Party, some might say. Trying to claim victim status and deflect attention away from their other racist friends in the movement, some might say. Time to round up the usual suspects, inspector Obama.
