Update: We'll See Black Tea Party Attacker in Court

By Rick Pearcey • June 11, 2010, 04:26 PM

"Bush-Hater" Punches: The police caught up with Mr. Govenor Spencer (union organizer, black liberation activist) after he drove away after he slugged "GOP official Nathan Tabor," and "lunged toward Tabor's wife," at a Tea Party protest rally in Greensboro, N.C., according to WorldNetDaily.

Here is video.

"Both men have filed assault charges against one another," reports WND. "We are going to deal with this in the courtroom," says the attacker's lawyer. "Mr. Tabor is going to find out that being wealthy doesn't make a difference in a courtroom."
