Breaking: BP Says Leak in Cap Is Fixed

Update: "BP says it has fixed the leak on the pipe gushing oil into the Gulf of Mexico," according to MYFOXNY/AP. "Officials say a test is still needed of the cap over the leak. Millions of gallons of oil have poured into the waters off the Louisiana coast for 88 days. An update on the oil spill is expected at 11 a.m. from National Incident Commander Admiral Thad Allen."
