Court Approved: "Be Happy, Not Gay" T-Shirts

Writing for a three-judge panel, Seventh Circuit judge Richard Posner on Tuesday ruled that a group of public high-school students had the right to wear “Be Happy, Not Gay” t-shirts on school grounds.
