Maryland Considering Flush Fee Hike

"A state task force is considering doubling, and maybe even tripling, the state's flush fee," reports AP.
How about we flush the concept of the unlimited reach of government?
On the other hand, there may be college professors, Occupy protesters, and journalists who suppose themselves "free" so long as the state provides bread and circuses, condoms, safe ways of killing babies, and the right to marry my chipmunk.
Ask any true believer: It's all right there in the living constitution.
