Burqa Crisis in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, the city where I live, has quietly and unassumedly become the capital of the Western world as regards female Islamic garb as an accessory to crime.
This is why some countries -- France, Belgium -- have banned the burqa. Not out of religious discrimination but because criminals are using the garment to hide their identity.
