The really big news today, apart from Donald Trump becoming the 45th president of the United States, is that Pearcey Report Editor-at-Large and HBU Professor Nancy Pearcey today inked a two-book contract with Baker Books for a six-figure advance. The first book is set for publication in spring 2018.
I would describe this new book as a politically incorrect but radically humane breakout from the frivolous and fanatical direction that cultural "elites" have been imposing on our culture on issues of sex and life.
"In this new book, I dig beneath the fake news cycle to lay bare the secular worldview that is the driving force behind much of the current cultural upset on issues related to life and sexuality," Nancy says. "What this book sets forth is a positive strategy that leads to a just and humane society that benefits everyone."
Nancy's previous books include Finding Truth, Saving Leonardo, Total Truth, The Soul of Science, and How Now Should We Live (with co-authors novelist Harold Fickett and Nixon White House operative Chuck Colson).
