A 1st-grade teacher at McCordsville Elementary School in McCordsville, Indiana, sent a letter to parents informing them that certain words and topics are forbidden in public schools, among them God, Jesus, and Devil.
But a parent took action against this outrage, and soon the school, teacher, and students got a lesson in constitutional rights and parental power. Here's the story from Todd Starnes.
