State Department Will Issue "Female" Passports to Anatomical Males

The U.S. State Department's policy on dealing with transgendered people will allow Americans who are anatomically male but identify themselves as female to secure U.S. passports that match their gender "identity" rather than their anatomy.
But what if, O gods of State, an individual should feel simultaneously male and female? What oppression these simultransgendered pioneers must feel.
